What is TMA (application maintenance and support)?

TMA is the outsourcing of the maintenance and evolution of your applications to a provider. It covers bug fixing, security updates, new features and monitoring, within a monthly hour-based plan.

How does the hour plan work?

You reserve a volume of hours every month, with a minimum of 40h. These hours are consumed by your requests (fixes, evolutions, monitoring). Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.

Can I change the scope of the current month?

The current month is locked to protect planning: you organize your requests over the coming months. Urgencies are the exception and are handled outside this rule.

What role does AI play in maintenance?

Our AI pipeline refines each request through a structured questionnaire, produces an automated estimate, implements requests below a certain threshold automatically, then runs automated review, testing and deployment. Humans keep control over custom work and approvals.

How do I track what is done?
