Figue Studio is a product studio platform that builds, maintains and scales digital products. The service provides a client portal for managing TMA (maintenance contracts), submitting requests, tracking projects and discovering growth services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Using Figue Studio implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
3. Registration and account
To use Figue Studio, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Service usage
You agree to:
- Use the service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms
- Not use the service for fraudulent or malicious purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent the service's security measures
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Figue Studio and third parties
- Review AI-generated outputs before deployment when required
5. Third-party integrations
Using Figue Studio may require connecting third-party accounts (e.g., GitHub, project management tools). By connecting your accounts, you authorize Figue Studio to access relevant data on your behalf.
You remain solely responsible for the code and content managed through your connected accounts.
6. Artificial intelligence
Responses generated by Figue Studio's AI are suggestions. While we strive to ensure their quality, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
We recommend enabling the validation system for sensitive or important responses.
7. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Service modification
Figue Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
Figue Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Figue Studio (hereinafter "the Provider") and any professional or business (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to subscribe to the services offered on the Figue Studio platform.
2. Services
Figue Studio offers product development and maintenance services through a dedicated client portal, enabling project tracking and AI-powered request processing.
Services include:
- TMA (maintenance contract) management
- AI-powered request refinement and estimation
- Project tracking dashboard
- Automated implementation pipeline
- Billing and subscription management
3. Pricing
Figue Studio offers free launch beta access for a selected group of early users. Future paid plans and pricing will be communicated before any subscription.
Prices are subject to change. The Client will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
4. Payment terms
Payment is made by automatic monthly direct debit via credit card. The subscription is automatically renewed each month unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Responsibility
Figue Studio is committed to providing quality service but cannot guarantee a 100% automation rate. The Client remains responsible for validating AI-proposed responses.
7. Intellectual property
The Figue Studio platform, its interface, and features are the exclusive property of the Provider. The Client benefits from a non-exclusive license to use during their subscription.
8. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
